12.15.05 – Kois Center E-commerce Site Launch
Seattle restorative dentistry training provider, Kois Center (formerly known as CRE), recently launched a new e-commerce system to help facilitate course registration and event management. Custom development and design services were provided by the skilled team at e&a. 10.17.05 – E&A Develops the Power of the Hex
The elephants & ants development team developed the functionality that powers the Microsoft Xbox promotion site Hex168. The rapid development processes employed by the team allowed for a quick-turnaround on the project and helped kick-off the release campaign for Xbox 360, due in stores November 2005. 08.18.05 – E&A Sites Win Best of the Web from STEP Magazine
Three of elephants & ants site designs are featured winners in the STEP Inside Design magazine's inaugural Best of the Web awards. e&a's work was recognized in the category of business for the Leo Paper and Beecher's Cheese web sites, and in the self-promotion category for the elephants & ants site. STEP magazine is an innovative design publication featuring graphic design work from around the world.
06.02.05 – Beecher´s Site wins at Seattle Show 2005
Elephants & ants work on the Beecher´s Handmade Cheese web site was amongst the winners at Seattle prestigious regional design awards, The Seattle Show. Sponsored by the Seattle AIGA and the Seattle AdClub, the Seattle Show received over 900 entries in dozens of categories and was judged by both local and national design leaders. 02.28.05 – New E-commerce Web Site for Sleep Country USA
Sleep Country has a strong position in the regional bedding market; bringing that success and the Sleep Country voice to the Internet was just the type of challenge elephants & ants looks for. From leveraging existing branding, to product merchandising and usability our design team worked hand in hand with the Sleep Country team to design a site that would achieve its goals. 02.04.05 – E&A Presents to Washington Lawyers
elephants & ants vice presidents Sharon Davison, Ph.D. and Ann Donovan presented on the topic of the web design process and business issues today at the Washington State Bar Association continuing education seminar, Business at the Speed of Light. Key points of the web design and development project lifecycle where legal counsel should be involved were covered.
10.01.04 – Launch of New Site for Beecher's Handmade Cheese
When Seattle artisinal cheesemaker and retailer Beecher´s Handmade Cheese approached elephants & ants about redesigning their website and online store we jumped at the chance to work with them. The new site features a range of cheese-related information including recipes, an explanation of the cheesemaking process, cheese handling tips and more. 09.30.04 – New E-commerce Solution for Scene It? Goes Live
elephants & ants was brought on by the makers of Scene it?, a trivia game that utilizes DVD technology to provide film and television clips, to develop an e-commerce storefront for their existing website in just a matter of weeks. From page design, catalog set-up, to development and integration with their offline financial system, e&a met the challenge and the new store went live just in time to start taking orders for their new James Bond Edition. 05.20.04 – E&A Makes the Bull Market List
Elephants & Ants was included in the first ever Bull Market list compiled by author Seth Godin (author of New York Times bestseller, Purple Cow), in conjunction with Inc. magazine. The Bull Market list features companies with the skills and expertise to help create purple cows. The list can be downloaded from the Bull Market web site
02.05.04 – Cranium Find the Fun & Fun Flyer Designs Go Live
Cranium and e&a have been partners since 2001, working to create high-quality online experiences for Craniacs, their loyal groupies. Cranium wanted to change direction on its direct online marketing and community building endeavors and asked e&a to provide a new look for their Find the Fun section and e-newsletter design. The new section helped simplify site updates by their web team in-house. The modular design and structure of the new newsletter provided an easy template for Cranium to use as they prepare content and graphics for their monthly distribution of the Fun Flyer.
11.10.03 – e&a Wins Gold
At the November 6 Seattle Show awards ceremony, elephants & ants was awarded the Gold award in the Flash Web Sites category for its design work on the Leo Paper Group web site.
